Shanghai Green Property Management goes live with bluebee®

2013-07-22

On July 18, a ceremony was held with top managers of Shanghai Green Property Management to mark the official "Go Live" of bluebee® on three pilot sites: Greenland Hechuang Mansion, Ladoll Plaza in Shanghai, and 450m Zifeng Tower in Nanjing.

Shanghai Green Property Management (www.keruiwy.com) is the property management subsidiary of Fortune 500 developer Greenland Holdings. The company provides engineering and non-engineering facility management services in various types of properties including residential (apartment and villa), office building, shopping mall, school campus, industrial park and government building.

Green Property has implemented Siveco's bluebee® solution "for the worker of tomorrow" on Android smartphones, as well as the bluebee® cloud back-office solution, to manage all its property management activities. The ceremony included the official lighting up of the system by Green Property's General Manager, Siveco's General Manager and China Telecom Deputy Director General. It was followed by a live demonstration of the system by end-users, with the first work order (the repair of a broken neon light in the meeting room) being officially completed in bluebee®.

Based on the first pilot sites, the use of bluebee® will be rapidly extended to other properties. The second batch of properties will include Shanghai Metro Lines 1 and 3 (60 stations serviced by Green Property Management, with over 500 onsite staff). Ultimately the system will cover over a hundred sites, with an expected 3,000 mobile users within the next two years.
