Based on excellent Q3 results, Siveco China is expanding its operations. Siveco China announces additional investment in product development, customer services and its Belt & Road operations, with corresponding recruitment plans.
New product development aims primarily at reinforcing existing product lines, with a continuing focus on innovative Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) "for the worker of tomorrow" and integration in the Chinese digital ecosystem (Siveco China released its first HarmonyOS app in June 2021).
Customer services, with Customer Satisfaction as its unique goal (the company is ISO 9001 certified since 2015), will build on the existing Enhanced Maintenance Support (maintenance audits and coaching), the ISO 55000-driven service package known as bluebee® club and the company's high-end hosting and support infrastructure.
On the Belt & Road, directly and through its Hong Kong branch, the company intends to further develop its Thailand and Singapore operations, slowed down by the Covid-19 pandemic, and eyes more aggressive moves outside of Asia to support its EPC clients and infrastructure owners.
More details of the investment will be revealed at the upcoming China International Industry Fair (CIIF) to be held in Shanghai at the beginning of December. This growth remains self-funded, while Siveco China continues to benefit from government high-technology grants.
To fulfill this development plan, Siveco China is currently recruiting in all departments:
- Project managers, managing ISO 55000-driven projects for our customers, based on the implementation of our Smart O&M solutions.
- Project consultants, in charge of specific projects activities, such as system installation, configuration, training, audits and coaching etc.
- Presales consultants, involved during the sales cycle for site visits, needs analysis, proposals, demonstrations.
- Support engineers, responsible for long-term customer satisfaction, through application support services, hosting support, ongoing audits and coaching.
- Product engineers, in particular Android developers, UX specialists, back office developers, software integration engineers, working within our R&D team.
Candidates with relevant industrial or digital applications experience are welcome to apply. All positions are in Shanghai (opportunities will be available in Hong Kong earlier next year).
The company also remains on the lookout for potential acquisition of an industrial IT services company in a Chinese second or third-tier city or in Southeast Asia.
