On Earth Day (April 22) 2022, Siveco China unveiled its Digital Twin for O&M solution, powered by bluebee® X. The new Digital Twin platform incorporates environmental compliance reporting from multiple data sources, in addition to the existing Asset Management and Risk Management functionalities.
Siveco China has since 2009 developed innovative yet practical digital solutions, designed by industrial people for industrial people, in line with the ISO 55000 Asset Management standard. The newly released Digital Twin for O&M is powered by the latest version of bluebee® X, a mature solution used by hundreds of client sites. bluebee® X incorporates 3D BIM models and vivid visual dashboards to enable industrial decisions based on true data from mobile workers, connected objects and external systems. The new version brings unprecedented configurability and integration capabilities, including native support for OPC UA. It is already being implemented by several large customers in China.
According to Bruno Lhopiteau, Managing Director of Siveco China:
"In 2022, most of the hype around Digital Twins has already receded: few projects have passed the proof-of-concept stage, even fewer have been able to address core management issues, such as ensuring regulatory compliance, enabling industrial improvement, as opposed to simply providing beautiful KPIs. It was time for us to step in!"
He added:
"Our Digital Twin for O&M, powered by bluebee® X, offers what most of the so-called innovative solutions for O&M lack: proven data models and a robust business logic for asset management. Around this solid core, we have built functional coverage for the lighter aspects of asset management, such as safety and environmental compliance, tanks and stock management, energy management etc. This approach is precisely the opposite of what we see in the market."
Several public demonstrations of the new Digital Twin for O&M, powered by bluebee® X, will be held in the coming weeks: contact us for enquiries!
