Siveco China opens project office in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

2014-05-21
Siveco, China's largest maintenance consultancy, has opened a project office in Nanning, capital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The region, located in the southern China along the Vietnamese border, has been identified as a new growth area for Siveco. Since February 2014, a Siveco maintenance expert has relocated to Nanning and is actively investigating the local market, with support from Siveco West China team in Chengdu. Local partners will also be developed as part of Siveco's Value Added Partner Program.

References in the wider West China region include Sichuan Lutianhua, Sino French Water, Guizhou Yindu Specialty Aluminates, Carrefour, etc. Siveco also has a strong presence in South China, with such clients as Bostik Adhesives, Trolli Confectionary, International Paper, Changcheng Property Group, etc.

According to Bruno Lhopiteau, founder and General Manager of Siveco China: "Guangxi may be considered less developed than other parts of China, but we see great opportunities to support maintenance projects for State-Owned Enterprises in the mining, chemical and automotive manufacturing sectors. In a typical Siveco fashion, we enjoy being pioneers and we thrive on working with Chinese companies in relatively remote regions. We are proud to count among our best customers such local companies as Lutianhua Chemical in Sichuan province, Hanas New Energy's LNG plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Fushun Mining Group's ATP plant in Liaoning. With the opening of this project office in Nanning, we hope to send a strong message to local manufacturers in the region looking at implementing maintenance best practices."
