Bruno Lhopiteau, GM of the Siveco China, the country's largest maintenance consultancy, will share some of his experience running maintenance improvement projects in China. The presentation, entirely based on real-life case studies, will cover:
- An overview of maintenance "with Chinese characteristics"

Speaker's bio
Bruno Lhopiteau has been active in the Chinese maintenance market since 1997. He took part in some of the country's largest projects, implementing maintenance systems and providing consulting services, most notably for the Three Gorges Hydropower plant. In 2004, he founded Siveco China (
www.sivecochina.com), providing tools and services to manage maintenance "with Chinese characteristics". Siveco published the monthly "Maintenance in China" newsletter, available online and to subscribers. Bruno is also on the board of several high-tech and service companies operating in the Chinese maintenance and infrastructure market.
