Two speakers, Marc Bourgeois, GM of Brose Wuhan and Bruno Lhopiteau, GM of Siveco China will share some of their experience of maintenance improvement projects in China.
Bruno will offer insights from recent projects (Siveco currently has three customers in Wuhan: automotive supplier Brose, Wuhan Boiler Company and packaging company International Paper). Marc will present how his company obtained quick returns from maintenance, both from an operational and financial perspective. Presentations will be followed by a Q&A session. A case study on Brose Wuhan "
Leading automotive supplier demonstrates ROI in less than a year with Siveco' SaaS solution" was published in our January 2011 newsletter.
This event is a follow-up on the conference on "Improving maintenance management in China: immediate actions to be taken in a time of crisis " organized by the French Chamber of Commerce in Wuhan in June 2009.
