Siveco to showcase its latest technologies at Metro China 2010

2010-04-01

Siveco China will participate in the sixth edition of China's largest trade show dedicated to urban transportation, to be held in Shanghai from May 19 to 21. This year's exhibition will take place during the first month of the World Expo 2010 and is particularly relevant to the Expo's theme of "Better City, Better Life". The Siveco booth, part of the French pavilion, will showcase the latest Siveco maintenance technologies applied to rail infrastructures.

Siveco has pioneered the concept of implementing the MMS (Maintenance Management System) during the construction stage of a project, working alongside engineering companies and major equipment suppliers to build up of an accurate technical database before start-up. As part of new metro projects, Siveco typically cooperate with suppliers of supervision systems (ISCS, SCADA, BMS) to provide fully integrated solutions. Singapore MRT's Northeast Line, remains one of the early examples of such an approach, which Siveco has since applied to other infrastructure and industrial projects in the region.
